Senior Clinician

To put it simply, sometimes we need someone who just “gets it”. Someone who can genuinely understand what we’re going through and who won’t judge us for the things we might be scared to admit or say out loud. Finding a quality therapist, who you really connect with and who takes the time to really understand you, can make all the difference.

I am very passionate about helping people and choose to take the time to thoroughly understand each individual, couple, or family’s unique situation. My office is a safe, judgement-free zone, and we don’t play “the blame game”. In other words, we aren’t here to point fingers; each person within the couple or family has valid feelings and experiences. My job is to help you uncover those and, together, navigate the emotional obstacles that may be keeping you stuck.

I enjoy working with Highland Park families and the unique challenges they face within this community. Additionally, those recovering from divorce or struggling with family conflict, infertility issues, or postpartum depression are passions of mine as well. And of course, in true Mind Parlor fashion, I work with couples and families with transgender/non-binary loved ones.

I have advanced training and certification in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). I also have advanced training and certification in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.
