Change can be intimidating and it takes intentional effort and work. However, you don't
have to do it alone and there are resources available. A high-quality professional and a
motivated client can make a massive impact on a person’s happiness and wellbeing.
I work with both adolescents and adults and utilize a variety of practical tools to promote
growth and change. In our sessions together, we will use these techniques to address
your goals for therapy, build resilience to stress, and to improve communication and social
Additionally, I have specialized training and experience using Art Therapy as a tool to assist with emotional processing and awareness, trauma recovery, stress relief, grief, etc. Through art therapy, you have an opportunity to creatively explore, gain awareness, shift unhelpful emotional & behavioral patterns, and rediscover how to engage in relationships, both with yourself and with others. It is especially helpful for neurodivergent clients, and I very much enjoy working with teens and adults on the autism spectrum and those who have symptoms of ADHD.
I have found many of the struggles that individuals face are a result of having experienced a painful past. But no one expects you to have all the answers, so why work yourself to the point of overwhelm when there are people whose jobs are to help carry some of that burden? Wherever you find yourself, I would love to be that person who helps you turn things around!
